Rates
(Includes all linens for king bed and one queen bed, all other beds have fitted sheets only, please bring blankets)

$175 per day 20% additional for holiday rentals :
Xmas, New Years, MLK day, President's day, spring recess, Memorial Day and Labor Day
An additional departure cleaning fee of $100.00 is added to all reservations.
Rates are for up to
8 guests. Any reservation that will have 9 or more people at any time during your stay will be charged an additional $225.00
PARTY FEE, $100.00 of which is a refundable Security Deposit provided no damage is discovered.
Pets are welcome
with an additional $225.00, $100.00 of which is a refundable Security Deposit provided no damage is discovered. During the winter season there is an additional $50 snow removal fee dedcuted
from security deposit if required.
